If I'm going to a meeting, and a person looks like both man and woman (and this person is very important!!!!) and everyone there is a stranger so it's embarrassing/risky to ask them, and the persons name is unisex/different.
How do I find out without offending the person or them finding out?How do you find out if someone is a man or woman? (if you can't tell by looking at them)?
Let them do most of the talking, and hopefully, from the conversation, you'll be able to pick up what gender they are.How do you find out if someone is a man or woman? (if you can't tell by looking at them)?
kick IT in his/her nuts.
if it hurts him/her its a male.
This is the premise of a terrible one-joke movie called ';It's Pat!'; from one of the SNL girls named Julia Sweeney.
Look at the throat. Males have prominent adam's apples.
1.) Get their name.
2.) From 1, don't go any further and just use gender neutral language.
If their blazer/suit has a split tail, it's a man's blazer.
If they have a bulge in their crotch, it's a man.
Look at the shoes. Women's shoes tend to be different.
See which restroom he/she goes to... :D
Or simply ask ';how would you like to be addressed?';
