Before this question I was under the impression stupid questions didn't exist.
That is an oddly worded question. Number one, is it normal for anyone, male or female, to be raped? and then to quantify the normalness of it? Ok, it's normal if it occurs five times, but more than that, most definitely not. That veers into the positively abnormal.
Rape of a male is almost always not a sexual crime but one exerting dominance.
